Specification of Security Guard
Sunkoshi will deploy certified, licensed, insured Security Guards for the services. Each Security Professionals are screened to the standards of Sunkoshi Vetting Program in order to provide a professional and specialized security service to the client.
All personnel will be carefully screened to ensure they have the necessary background and experience, as well as meet the following basic criteria:
- Must pass the simple vetting procedure (E.g.: without Criminal Record)
- Possess a valid ‘Security Personal Permit’
- Physically fit
- Matured and possess stable character
- Presentable and polite
- Possess integrity, common sense and initiative
- Unblemished career record
24/7 Operations Control Center
- 24 hours Control center manned by at least 2 staff
- Central service monitoring
- Emergency support and assistance
Supervisory Visit
- Random supervisory visit and patrolling Twice a week (Day and night shift)
- Monitoring Guard performance and grooming
- Meeting with client regularly for feedback
- Check on site safety and security
Training and Guard Awards
All guards must go through two days QAS Basic Security Guard Training Program and hold a valid Security Personnel Permit issued by the Hong Kong Police.
SGS provides:
- Deployment briefing and training
- On-site deployment training
- Ongoing quarterly Refreshment training on security procedures, emergency response, customer service, and handling sensitive information
Sunkoshi gives Annual awards and appreciation certificates and laisee to guards to encourage and support Guard duties on site.
